Cape Cod Vacation Rentals

Wilkinson & Associates lists Cape Cod vacation rentals in the Lower Cape towns of Orleans and Brewster, and the Outer Cape towns of Eastham and Wellfleet. Our properties offer wonderful locations, excellent amenities and many special features that promise great vacations on Cape Cod!

Availability is continually updated online. Check the listings or ask our agents to find houses which meet your vacation needs. Use the online forms to Request rental information, or if you are an owner of a vacation property for rent, to List your property with us. We will respond as soon as possible with information and options for you.

About our system
Most visitors like to look through the listings before deciding which weeks they want to rent. We use a simple lookup system, and help you narrow your search when you inquire by phone, email, fax or visit our office. Although the online information is generally reliable, please be aware that properties may have pending reservations or other special circumstances. We depend on owners and agencies to provide accurate listings, prices and availability– which are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

Rental policy
We urge prospective tenants to confirm all information by independent inspection. One-half of the total rent plus a $50 reservation fee ($40 if reserved before March 1) is required with signed leases. The balance, plus a security deposit, is due 30 days prior to check-in. Checks, cash, electronic transfers and money orders accepted (no credit cards). Bookings made less than 60 days in advance require payment in full. Security deposits are generally refunded 2 weeks after checkout. (Massachusetts law specifies one month)
