Julia grew up in Los Angeles, California. Her father, actor Gavin MacLeod, introduced her to Cape Cod in 1990 and she was so taken by it that she relocated to the Orleans area a year later. Julia has always been drawn to real estate, starting out in the business as a rental agent.

Her understanding and appreciation of the lower Cape community, professional and easy-going attitude, strong interest in local architecture and the pleasure she takes in making people happy have all contributed to her success. In her spare time Julia enjoys gardening, interior design, and along with her husband Patrick, restoring their Yarmouthport home.
